CEU Approval

If you would like to obtain CEU approval for your course, please download the form. If your course was approved by PTAG and it is not in the PDF listing, please email us.
Change in policy regarding requests for CEU Renewals
Beginning September 1, 2010, CEU providers wanting to renew a course will be required to submit the CEU application with the appropriate documents and required fee.  PTAG can no longer auto-renew courses with a letter of request.  If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact the Executive Office.

PTAG approval of a course does not guarantee acceptance by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy for continuing education credits required for relicensure. See Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy Rule 490-4-.02 and  Policy #7.

Continuing Competency Hours

Requirements Update: The State Board has reduced the required number of CEU Hours from 40 to 30.

Please note that the State Board requires 30 CEU hours between January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2007 and 30 CEU hours during each biennium thereafter. A minimum of four (4) hours per biennium must be in Ethics and Jurisprudence.
