PTAG invites you to join us in Athen, GA April 6-8, 2018 for IMPACT 2018, our annual educational conference. In addition to our educational sessions there will be an exhibit area with many opportunities for face-to-face meetings with PTs, PTAs and student attendees.

By partnering with PTAG, you will have the opportunity to increase your company’s recognition with current and upcoming physical therapists and physical therapist assistants. As a sponsor, exhibitor, and/or advertiser, your clients will see you as an organization that supports the professional development of the physical therapy profession.

Sponsor & Exhibit Guidelines:

    • SponsorshipSponsorships are on a first come, first serve basis. Please note, on Monday, January 22 and after, if exclusive sponsorship of a sponsor option has not been purchased; partial sponsor options will become available.
    • Exhibit TableA standard 6' table will be provided. There will be no pipe and drape. Space is limited, therefore, no banners, pop-up displays or floor demonstrations are allowed. Table selection is first come, first serve. Sponsors are welcome to bring their own logo tablecloth. Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond level sponsors receive a complimentary exhibit table.
    • Exhibit Personnel - Bronze sponsorship level includes one booth staff registration. Silver and Gold sponsorship levels include two booth staff registrations, Platinum level includes up to three booth staff registrations and Diamond level includes up to four booth staff registrations. Booth staff registrations include all conference provided meals on exhibiting days, please note, no sessions are included. Additional booth staff registrations may be purchased for $100. If needed, you may purchase during your IMPACT registration. 
    • Onsite Booth Staff Registrations: You may register your onsite booth staff online, please look to receive a complimentary registration promo code, after receiving promo code, if attending, you or the onsite booth staff may complete their registration online. Final booth staff registrations must be completed by Thurs., March 8th.
    • Exhibit Personnel Lodging: PTAG has negotiated a $139 (plus 14% local tax & $5 state hotel fee) group rate at the Graduate Athens. This rate will be available until sold out or Thurs, March 1, 2018. Book your reservations online or call 706-549-7020; mention GA Physical theraphy Association (PTAG). The negotiated rate is available three days before and one day after the conference dates, subject to hotel availability. 
    • Full Conference Attendee Gold level sponsors receive 50% off one full conference registration, Platinum level sponsors receive one (1) complimentary full conference registration and Diamond level sponsors receive two (2) complimentary full conference registrations.
    • Full Conference Staff Registration: You may register for the full conference online. Please look to receive a complimentary registration promo code, after receiving promo code, the full conference registrant may complete their registration online. Final full conference registrations must be completed by Thurs., March 8th.
    • Exhibit Schedule - The meeting will be held Friday, April 6 - Sunday, April 8. Exhibits will be held on Saturday in the Atrium at the Classic Center (300 N. Thomas Street, Athens GA 30601). View the Tentative Conference Agenda. Exhibit schedule below:

  • Tote Bags & Lanyards - The tote bag and lanyard will have the sponsor and conference logos and will be distributed to every paying registrant. These exclusive sponsorships are first come, first serve and are a great way to have post-meeting exposure! The PTAG Executive Office will select, order and ship to the meeting. Sponsors must provide their company logo in a high resolution eps file.
  • PTAG Mobile App AdsThe PTAG mobile app is free to download from any app store and is available year around. Year-long ads can be a stand alone sponsor option or an add-on option. Diamond & Platinum level sponsors receive a complimentary full year ad linked to one URL of their choice (PTAG reserves the right to deny any URL that conflicts with its mission or purpose or may be offensive to its members).
  • App Banner Ad Add-On option requires purchase of an exclusive or partial sponsor option.

  • Coupon for Mailing Labels - Silver, Gold and Platinum level sponsors will receive one coupon for physical mailing labels of all PTAG members. Diamond level sponsors will receive two coupons. Coupons are valid for (1) year after the conference.
  • Event Signage - Meal function signage wil include the sponsor's company logo. Sponsors must provide company logo in a high resolution eps file. It is the sponsor's responsibility to provide a logo that will print without pixelation. 
  • Hyperlinked LogoSilver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond level sponsorships include a hyperlinked logo placed on the conference e-blast & website. Sponsors must provide their company logo in a high resolution eps file and the preferred URL for link. Logos will be updated as received.
  • Speak from Podium Diamond level sponsors will be granted the opportunity for one representative to speak for up to three minutes at one of the imPacT general sessions on Friday, April 6 or Saturday, April 7 (session to be determined by PTAG).
  • Billing - All sponsorships must be paid in full prior to arrival onsite. Advertisements will appear after full payment is received.
  • Food & Beverage - No food & beverage items, outside of individually wrapped candy, are permitted at exhibit tables.
  • Sponsorship Levels - Sponsorship levels are based on grand total of sponsored options and/or advertisements.
